It depends on your needs:
Regular Cleaning is best for ongoing maintenance (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
Deep Cleaning is ideal if your home hasn’t been cleaned in a while or needs extra attention.
Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning is perfect when you're relocating and need the space thoroughly cleaned before handing over keys.
Post-Renovation Cleaning is designed for homes recently remodeled or under construction.

Our Cleaning Rates
Standard Cleaning (regular, Airbnb): $50/hour per cleaner
Specialized Services (deep cleaning, post-renovation): $55/hour per cleaner
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning: $60/hour per cleaner
Final cost depends on your home’s size, condition, and the time needed to ensure a thorough, high-quality clean, as well as any add-ons you select in the booking form.

Please note: The instant quote and selected booking duration are based on the information provided about your home and reflect the estimated time and cost of the cleaning service for a team of two. If the condition of the property requires significantly more time or detailed work than initially expected, additional cleaning time may be required and charged according to the hourly rates listed above.

When you click "Start Booking" button, you’ll see our suggested cleaning times and costs for most property types based on normal cleaning conditions. You can stick with our suggestions or select any duration to fit your needs.
You can also visit our Instant Quote page to get a quick estimate of cost and cleaning duration before booking.
Once you submit your booking form, all the details of your cleaning - including price and duration - will be available in your account. You can check them anytime in the “My Bookings” and “My Orders” sections.
You’ll also receive email notifications for every step of your booking process. Please note that the actual cleaning time may sometimes differ from the estimated or booked duration depending on the condition and size of the property. If any adjustments are made, we will update the final price and duration and notify you by email.
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means we stand behind the quality of our work. If you’re unsatisfied with any part of the service, please notify Cleaning Geeks within 24 hours so we can arrange a re-clean of the affected area. Complaints reported after 24 hours cannot be accepted. Please note that refunds are not offered for services already rendered.
We accept payments by cash and e-transfer, which we highly recommend to help you avoid additional processing fees.
Once your cleaning is completed, payment instructions will be automatically sent to your email within approximately one hour.
Debit and credit card payments are also available if preferred; however, please note that additional processing fees may apply. Full payment details will be provided in your invoice as well.
Yes. Everything is automated on our end. Once we receive your payment, we mark your booking as paid, and an invoice is automatically sent to the email address you provided when booking our cleaning services.
We operate Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you’re looking for a specific time slot, you can choose it during the booking process, contact us directly for availability, or join our waitlist on the page with our real-time availability calendar.
Yes, we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment with us, so you don’t need to worry about providing anything. If you have specific product preferences, just let us know in advance.
In most cases, we send a team of two professional cleaners to each job to ensure efficiency and thoroughness. For larger homes or special cases, we may send more team members if needed. Cleaning Geeks reserves the right to decide how many cleaners to assign to any cleaning.
Please note: the number of cleaners doesn’t make a huge difference in the total cost - it mainly affects how quickly your home is cleaned. For example, one cleaner will probably finish everything in about twice as long as a team of two cleaners.
If you have a specific request regarding crew size, feel free to let us know when booking.
Our minimum order for regular cleaning and airbnb cleaning is $149 + GST. For deep cleaning - $219 + GST, for move-out - $269 + GST, for post-renovation - $249 + GST. These minimums cover up to a set amount of cleaning time depending on the service type and help us ensure high-quality results. For reference, this is roughly equivalent to a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment.

We provide cleaning services in Calgary, Chestermere, De Winton, Okotoks and within a 5-7 km radius around these locations. If you’re just outside this area, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your location.
It's completely up to you. About 30%-35% of our clients choose to provide access by sharing a door code, giving a key, or providing specific instructions before our team arrives. If you'd prefer to be home during the cleaning, that's totally fine too.
YES, it depends on the type of cleaning you choose. For example, some services like move-out cleaning may include appliance cleaning by default. For other types, such as regular or deep cleaning, you can select them as add-ons.

YES! Inside cabinet cleaning can be added as part of a deep cleaning service. Full inside cleaning is available only if the cabinets are completely empty. If they are not empty, we will clean only the front edges, around items inside, and the inside of the doors. Please note that cabinet cleaning requires additional time, and the total cost will be adjusted accordingly.
In most cases, the cleaning duration depends on the type of cleaning you choose, as well as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. For example, a regular cleaning for a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house around 1500 sq ft typically takes between 2.5 to 3 hours for a team of two cleaners. Deep or move-out cleaning for the same home usually takes about 3.5 to 4.5 hours.

It depends on our current availability. In most cases, our Schedule page reflects our actual availability, but you can also contact us or join the waitlist on the same page to request urgent cleaning. Feel free to message us through our website chat or on our social media pages, and we’ll let you know if we can fit you in for same-day or emergency service.
Sure! We try to send the same team to our recurring clients whenever possible. Typically, we offer two booking windows: mornings around 9 a.m. and afternoons around 1 p.m. You can choose your preferred time slot on our schedule page.
Yes, all our crew members are pet friendly and comfortable cleaning while pets are at home. Just let us know if your pets have any special needs or areas to avoid.
If possible, please arrange convenient parking near your home to avoid delays. It would also be great if you could include all parking instructions in the comment section of your booking form.
To ensure we can serve all clients and respect our team’s time:
Notify us at least 12 hours before your scheduled cleaning to cancel or reschedule - no fees apply.
Less than 12 hours before your cleaning starts? A $50 cancellation fee may apply.
No access or no-show: If our team arrives and cannot enter your home, the same cancellation fee $50 will be charged.
Tips are appreciated but never required. You can tip directly or through payment, and we always reflect tips in the final paid invoice.
